CoreVision was founded to protect athletes in the evolving landscape of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL). As the business of college sports continues to evolve, athletes are facing more opportunities along with greater risks. Too often, players are agreeing to deals that do not prioritize their best interests - whether that be from universities, collectives, brands, or agents chasing a quick commission. CoreVision Sports Management was built to be a trusted advocate for athletes navigating these decisions. With a deep understanding of both the legal complexities and the inner workings of collegiate athletics, our mission is to protect players from exploitation, champion their long-term goals, and empower them to take ownership of their future - both on and off the field.
Anne Mari Petrino, the founder of CoreVision Sports Management, was born in Logan, Utah. As the daughter of football coach, Paul Petrino, she grew up immersed in the world of athletics moving across the country wherever football took her family. From Utah State University to The University of Lousiville, The University of Southern Mississippi, The University of Arkansas, Atlanta Falcons, The University of Illinois, and The University of Idaho, each stop gave her a behind the scenes seat to the sacrifices, challenges, and decisions athletes face at every level to be the best. Football continues to impact her daily life as her husband is a collegiate football strength coach and her father, brother, uncle, and cousins continue to coach.
Anne Mari Petrino brings a player-first perspective to CoreVision Sports Management that is shaped by her own experience as a collegiate softball player at the University of Montana. She knows firsthand the work ethic, sacrifice, and mental toughness it takes to compete - and the adversity and psychological challenges that all athletes will inevitably face. Her unique upbringing, combined with her own experience as a collegiate athlete, shape her passion for advocating for players and protecting their future.
Anne Mari Petrino attended Gonzaga University School of Law where she graduated magna cum laude. After law school, she served as an Assistant Attorney General for Washington State where she worked in child welfare and focused on ensuring children were protected, supported, and safely reunified with their families - a job that required both compassion and fierce advocacy. That same passion is at the heart of CoreVision Sports Management - protecting athletes' rights, empowering them to make informed decisions, and helping them reach their full potential both during and after their playing careers.
Anne Mari Petrino's personal experience fuels her passion to guide athletes through the most consequential and difficult decisions of their lives. With her football experience, playing background, and legal knowledge, she founded CoreVision Sports Management to provide athletes with the representation ever player deserves - honest, informed, and always with their best interests at heart.
